here is my benchmark with my 512ddr 400mhz ram, its very below-par

I think you may have something set wrong in the BIOS but it appears that you also have ECC which will slow it down as well.

Looking the screenshot again I not sure if I misread what it says. It looks like ECC is supported but disabled, meaning that your RAM is not ECC. Sorry for confusing you.

Can you get a picture of your DRAM settings in the BIOS (or just tell us what everything is set to)?
 
Those timings do look pretty high, and high timings lowers the bandwidth in those types of tests.
 
The timings aren't fantastic but theres no way bad timings are dropping the bandwidth to PC133 speeds. Something is defiently wrong.

I wasnt inferring that, but it does make a slight difference (from my own experience).

As for why it's so low, I really can't say for certain.
 
It is everest's memory write benchmark I think. If not the write, it's one of the others but it is from everest.
