help with fastfame and amd1.8

hiya ive just sorted one problem "see new 462 board error" but now got another. the computer boots up and i got xp pro running on it.
its registering my AMD ATHLON XP 1.8 as 1.150.
like i said in the other post about the jumpers surely theres a way to get the full power from this set up
 
what you mean specs as i havent been in bios or anything

just been in bios and everthing is either enabled and on
altered the setting of "cpu host/pci clock from 100 to 110 and its now saying its a 1.26 when i reboot?
will it do any damage if i set it to 132 which is as high as it will go it says
 
What kind of Processor,the Athlon XP 2200 ran at 1.8ghz, it runs on a 266 FSB, really 133 FSB, sound like your board has a 100 FSB, it will let you overclock to 132 FSB. What kind of chipset does it have, some older boards would not let you change dividers or lock the PCI bus
