Graphic Error, need assistance,

Dear expert,

Hi, last night when I was working in my computer the text changed to yellowish/blueish colour (like a shadow). I alt tabbed, and check my desktop it has a yellowish/blueish line all over my background. I restarted my computer, the startup text(BIOS things) and Windows loading graphic all screwed up (like puzzle). I thought it was my video card, then I reinstalled it and install it back, still like that. Anyone know whats wrong with this ? Sometimes my computer restarted by itself (Windows has created a log error,bla bla bla)

Sorry, I don't know what the solution is...
I'm just posting to bump this thread up to the top of the forums.
It is only a matter of time before someone smart comes along...

It's hard to see much wrong with the image, but I do see a few things out of place. Though I don't want to be getting the compression garble mixed up with the "problem"

Have you tried another monitor or another computer with that monitor. At first I thought it might be your screen, but after looking at the image, it's probably a GPU issue. It could be getting hot...but unlikely if this happens during outside games(unless the fan failed) Do you have another GPU you could test in it?

I used my very old GPU, but I dont have the cd nemore to install it. However, when I took the card off the PCI slot, the shadowish text and picture has disappeared. Does it mean I hafta buy new GPU??
