Good Bad or great?

Price is a bit high for my tastes, but specs and all seem good. I was going to comment on how I didn't like fanless mobo's, but I see it has a fan as well...
Some of the earlier eVGA boards were pretty bad, or so I heard. This one seems to have decent reviews, but I always keep such stuff in mind

Yeah...the only thing really that could REMOTELY justify that price is that it's quad-core ready...
But personally, I wouldn't shell out $250 for a mobo. My mobo cost me $70 when I bought it (new, from Newegg), and I'm extremely satisfied.

wow... that's something useful... i knew the DS3's were excellent overclockers... but i didn't know that they were better, performance wise than a much more expensive mobo... especially @ stock speeds...
