Will you be getting the DX-10 Cards that cost about $600 average?

Dx-10 Cards.

If you are it would be nice to explain.
If not it would also be nice to explain.

Personally I think they are too expensive for a card, which doesnt have many games for it yet.

I'm waiting out until Nvidia release their low-end G80 cards. Then I'll get one (for Crysis). Or, maybe even a 8800GTS after the R600 is released, if the price drops enough..

Yeah, but I think the majority will not be getting a DX10 card before Vista and DX10 have been released. Or until AMD releases a DX10 card to rival nVidia's G80 cards.

hmmh.. My current pc run's everything pretty well actually.. I was thinking of getting a 8800.. but, when i think about it, it would be wasted money.
I wont be switching unless i actually get something out of it.. 8k in 3dmark06 is pretty decent for a pc atm I think, so no need to replace it for performance increasement :)

Hehe, so I guess i'm the minority :D

And you mean ATI, the AMD name is still on their processors.

Thanks for clarifying that, I just said AMD since that would cover AMD and what was ATI.
