Lowest CPU temp

What is the lowest CPU temp that you ever experienced? My lowest is 42C (107.6F) (can't get below that!) with P4 "Prescott's" heatsink & fan. I use a solid white toothpaste with fluoride as my thermal compound (I found it's better than thermal paste). If I use a thermal paste, the idle temp would be 43.5C (110.3F) lowest.

Right now, my case thermometer (not too accurate) has it at a little under 30C...

um no, possibly very much no... thermal paste has pure silver, and has MANY other ingredients. toothpaste is not ment for anything other than cleaning your teeth. i have no personal experience, but i believe NO thermal compund would be better than that

well thats low, but not phenominally low, especially for a core2duo. they are very efficient and do not waste electricity on making heat. (but i cant really talk, the lowest temp i ever had was 30C

29°C during a very cold day last winter...yeah, my CPU creates a lot of heat...

38 idle and 45 with maximum load(with no oc involve).

CPU 42c peak under load (few hours gaming).
