Need a new laptop with parallel port.

Where can I find a new laptop with a parallel port? I only need one. And I need it because of work (I use a dongle). The one I have is about to die so I need to find one soon. Has to be under 700-800. It's just for work and internet usage so I only need a parallel port and wireless card (or a slot to put my cisco card in). I hope this is ok to post. Because I have been to 50 billion websites and can't find anything though I know they make them for businesses still (as my bf has one and it's new). Thanks!
 
No, you can't do that with a dongle, it doesn't work. I tried it on a 2 grand laptop with some card thing and it doesn't work. They aren't old news or my bf's 1600$ laptop wouldn't have one and he doesn't need it. But he has to use it for work so I can't.
 
It's not that the converters don't work with the computer, it's that some devices don't work with the converter(at least that's the case with my USB to Serial converter) Maybe if there's a local computer shop, you could ask if you could try one out, and just return it if it doesn't work?

Very few, if any computers still have a printer port on them. They are old news. I hate to see the port go as I did prefer it over the new USB ports, but I suppose there's nothing that can be done. I know a few people who have gotten Toshiba's recently, and they appear to have a dummy on the back for a printer port. Perhaps some models actually have one...?
 
My Dell Latitude D610 has one. I bought it the end of summer last year. I know you can get one on ebay for 700, but I don't personally buy computers off ebay, too risky.
 
he needs it for work, according to his first post. i guess that's what interface they have there.
