I got a cheapo one from newegg ($30) and it works great! Too bad they don't carry it anymore.

Any tv tuner card can capture btw.
That card is not good at all. Do not buy it. My cousin bought that card and it was complete garbage. It froze his computer every 30 minutes or so and the quality was horrible.
