Does my e6300 come with thermal paste?
and heatsink, or is that with the mobo?

and what gloves should i not wear when building comps.

If you buy retail, you get the CPU, HSF, and thermal pad, although the thermal pad that is included is crappy, and I (as well as most of the members here) suggest you get Arctic Silver 5...a good thermal paste.

You shouldn't really be wearing gloves while building your computer....why would you want to?

rubber like, painting disposable gloves.
for finger grease.

Is AS5 needed?
i bought the cpu in stores.
Or can i get by without it.
and the heatsink is crappy?

do i need the heatsink or heatsink with the fan on top.

No AS5 is not required but you will need some kind of thermal paste.

And almost all HSF that come with CPU's aren't great but they will do fine for basic OC'ing.

Can you post a link to where you bought your CPU or what store?

The stock HSF and thermal pad are decent, and since the C2D doesnt dissipate much heat, you shouldnt have a problem.

HSF means Heatsink Fan...it's a block of metal with a fan on top of it.

I dunno, I wouldn't recommend wearing gloves while tinkering around inside of your computer, but I suppose it can't hurt it. Well, not too much anyway. :P

AS5 isn't needed, but is strongly recommended. The stock thermal pad doesn't dissipate heat nearly as well as AS5. The stock HSF though is usually fine.
