Help with an upgrade please

I have an old Dell Dimension T600r

Pentium III
200 Watt powersupply
Minimul amount of RAM (192)
NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro
PCI slots, not sure if thats common or not:confused:

I need help finding a cheap video card upgrade that is compatible with my system. I no its old and should get a whole new one but I can't at the moment. Can anybody help?

Double check you don't have an AGP card. Not that you'd have a huge difference, but you could probably find a much better card. Heck, if you do, I have a Radeon 8500 I might be willing to sell. I actually had the Radeon in a PIII machine running Need For Speed Most Wanted :P

I double checked and the device manager says my card is installed to pci bus1, so I need a pci card correct?
 
If you want a new card, I would but it on ebay or Newegg, because $80 for that card is a rip off.

What games do you want to play anyways?

Do I need one for a pci or agp? And if it needs 250watt will i be ok only having 200?
 
Double check by looking inside or getting CPUz. Device Manager says my laptop's video card is on the PCI bus when in fact it is on the AGP 8x bus.

I did that a few minutes ago and it is in fact an AGP bus. Looks like I'm gonna have to get a higher watt supply out of another pc and install that to get a vid card. 200watt isn't high enough:mad:
