I am from Canada. Lol. I just wanted to know if its good.

acers are decent for the money

they make monitors with the smooth/shiny anti-glare screens a la sony and apple, too, which i really like

especially for home use. i think they'd be a nightmare in an office-lighting environment, tho

You live in Calgary, I've been there, I'm sure that shipments come in all the time from Tigerdirect. I think you should give it a try, you don't have to but online shopping is becoming a very normal way to shop these days.
