Memrom vs. Conroe

The memroms are 64-bit versions of the conroe?
What are the benfits of a memrom over a conroe of the same clock speed and is there any software out there that uses the 64 bit capabilities of the memrom?

64bit is the memory bandwidth between CPU, northbridge and RAM.

And there are some OS's that support it.

Well, i have windows xp right now. Not the 64-bit edition. But i plan on going vista eventually, probably around 2 months after its released. Would it make any sense to get a memrom now, even though i dont have xp 64-bit edition?

Also, do the memroms OC as well as the conroes?

Who the hell told you that? Give them a smack upside the head. :P

64 bit refers to the integer registers in a CPU. It has nothing to do with bandwidth.
