Unlocking pipelines

I flashed my x850 pro to x850 XT PE and i cant seem to get the 4 locked pipes unlocked. How can i get the other 4 unlocked ?
 
Did you create a DOS boot disk with a floppy and copy the new flash file to the x850PRO that way?
 
Thats the guid i used to do it. Let me try to get the X800 XT bios and see if that will unlock the 16 pipes and if it dose i can just oc it to 540 590
 
The speed became 540 and 590

Well i still get only 12 pipes opened up with the 800 XT. maybe I'm doing something wrong, these are the steps i did.
1) made a floppy boot disk
2) got a second disk put all the stuff on it
3) booted from the boot floppy
4) put in the second floppy and typed in dir
5) typed in atiflash -f -p 0 newbios.bin
and that's all.
Am i doing all the necessary steps needed for unlocking 16 pipes.

Ya, I mean 540, I just ocd mine to 550.

Thats exactly how I did it, but not all cards can be unlocked.
