If it is I would go with something a bit better. Thermaltake makes a great PSU with 4 12V rails. My friend is using it with his system which has the Core 2 Duo, 8800GTS, 2GB DDR2 RAM, and they are all greatly overclocked.
It's for my sig comp with the ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP, and 8800GTS upgrade.
It's rated for +12V@33A. It should suffice, but I wouldn't buy it either. At the ~$100 mark for that system i'd go with the Corsair HX520W or OCZ GameXStream 600W. That Thermaltake isn't bad either, but it's not necessary to pay the extra $50 to power that system if SLI will not be a consideration. It's for my sig comp with the ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP, and 8800GTX upgrade.
