Cant log on to source

I keep connecting to the server, i choose T or CT and
Disconnect: Error verifying steam user ID ticket.
sends me right back to the server list, its happened about every server i went to .

It wont let me log onto steam, says theres a connection error (funny how everything else works though).

I think its a Steam related problem.

Close steam (from the bottom right hand corner) and restart it. It probably has an update.

I cant even open steam.. when i try to login, it fails bah,.. just installed the retail version of Sin episodes emergence,.. and now i cant play it because of that bloody steam

just about to play some cs and it wouldnt log me on, claimed that "Steam was having problems contacting Steam networks" so yeh, i think its pretty widespread problem. Dammit

Nope, its not that. I even restarted my computer and it failed.

my update downloads havnt continues all day yet.. and when i try to start SiN1, it say's the server's too busy.. try again in a few minutes..
Halflife 2 i can run tough.. and the CD-key activation of SiN also went normally. I have no clue what else i can try.. perhaps he files from SiN have to be decoced like HL2 when you start it for the first time.. bah, i really dont know what i could try else,... hope this isnt completely messed up, that i'll have trouble with my CD-key now
