I have 2 graphics cards already and also I have a DVD burner. I also have a case picked out and have my hard drives. So go from there! btw, I do not need monitor/mouse/keyboard! thanks!

I wouldn't use that HSF in its passive mode, particularly if you intend to overclock.

I'll really need to know what the two video cards are before recommending a PSU - power requirements vary drastically.
