Questionnaire Software

Ok I have a little project for a class that I'm taking and I need to find questionnaire software for it. I need software similar to those stupid surveys you see on Myspace where they give you an answer of say your type of personality, favorite whatever.

I need to make up a 50 question questionnaire/survey and depending on the answers they get different results. So is there any free ware out there like that? I found stuff that I can purchase, but since this is something I will only use once maybe twice at most I really dont want to pay for it. Any ideas?

Well they have some program that creates your questions into a website. You can select view-->Source and see the html. Change a few links, and it looks professional. I don't have any history with this website, but i think it is free..

Cool thank you I will try and see where I can get with it. I need to have this in my psychology class at the end of Feb, so that should give me time to figure this out. I really dont need to have it on the PC but I want a good grade so I'm going to extra 10 miles to get it :)

I'm going work at it for awhile and if I get some where with it I most definitely post it up here. I hope I get a at least a 95 on this, because if I do I dont need to take the final :D
