Which one?

I am currently building a new system and need a bit of help choosing components for it; I have short listed these motherboard CPU bundles:

if it was me i would get the first one and buy a C2D right away and sell the CPU it comes with, and buy more ram too

Except for the small fact that it wouldn't support a C2D.

Definitely go with that one^. It is a Core 2 Duo, which is better than both the ones you posted earlier by a significant margin. What is your budget for the entire computer?

the bus speed isnt the same right??? , i saw LGA 775 so i was pretty sure it would work

Only 965, 975, and certain 945 chipsets support Core 2 Duo. In otherwords, not all LGA775 motherboards support Core 2 Duo.

thanks i didnt see that one, seems alot better than the AMD.

for Jet i havent realy set a budget, but i do have max i will not exceed which is £800 excluding monitor
