Hello 1st post on here. I'm also new to computers so was wondering if anyone could help me ?

Two things

1) I've got myself a Packard Bell Laptop XP i want to know how i can burn movies, and football matches , onto a disc. I really havnt got a clue about computers so please do a step by step.

2) My mobile phone is a Samsung D500 , is it possible to send short videos off the net onto my phone ??

Any help very much appreciated

thanks

for your phone you can either buy a data cable or a bluetooth dongle to send files, and you can send videos off the internet to your phone via a computer.
as for the DVD burning, put in an empty DVD, go to my computer, double click on the DVD player icon, then simply copy and paste the stuff you want into the folder.
now once you've done that, you need to 'write files to disk' which is located in the top left of the DVD menu.
hope this helps

If you wanna burn movies off an actual dvd you have to download this free program called dvd shrink so it gets by all the dvd's security features and such and then yuo just burn it onto an empty dvd. If you wanna download movies from the net then you go to torrentspy.com and download them off there to bitcomet and then proceed to burn those.

As for the phone im not sure bc I never did/tried it.

dvdshrink doesnt get by all the security. besides he talking about home movies that he recorded.

for most cellphones you will need to find out what format it will play. mines plays 3gp files only. so you will need to find a converter and convert the video files to the format compatible with your cell phone.
