new psu.

Unless it's not supplying enough power you don't need a new one.

Save your money for when it dies on you which could be in a good few years.

The new card I have but isn't installed yet needs 450w to run and higher I have 320 or 350w.

A card that needs 450w? Where did you get that information from?

I assume you mean when you total everything up?

Not true. It is possible for a cheap power supply to mess up a computer or it's components. That's why I'm running a pretty expensive 550w PSU in a system that is calculated to only need about 300w :P

Aside from wattage, you need a good amount of amps on the 12v rail(s). If you do wish to upgrade, the Rosewill is a better PSU with duel rail and all.

You'll need to upgrade. Of the two, the Rosewill is the better PSU as TOO said. Could you stretch another $10? The Enhance 5150GH is available from www.ewiz.com for $69, and is a much better PSU.
