Several annoying problems

I have several annoying problems:

1) Whenever i open Internet Explorer several popups appear that i cant seem to get rid of. I've tried spyware removal and antivirus software. I have the latest Internet Explorer with pop-up blocker enabled.

2) My Internet seems to go extremely slow when downloading even if its only transferring at 1 kb/s !!!

Thats is the only bad one I can see, you might want to wait for Buzz to come and have a look but for the mean time you can download this removal tool for VSToolBar.dll at http://411-spyware.com/remove-vstoolbar
