No offense, but 2.66 to 3.0 isnt much But they generally do overclock fairly well, but even at 4Ghz it's not that good of a processor.

I have got the lowest Celeron D was @ 2.66 now 3.80 and that is on PC2700 Ram.

for a few months i actually managed to live off a celeron p3 at 300 mhz.
Can u say "CPU_OVERLOAD. Your system needs to shut down immedeitly due to sudden CPU overload." several times over??? i guess thats what happens when u try civ4 on the highest levels........i was kinda curious
