Linux downloading...

Just tried Ubuntu,But now with that one you gave the link to Simon@Linux as its a torrent and sooooooo painfully slow on my connection.
So i just downloaded Ubuntu from their site and took 37Mins.

To be honest....Simon how can you live with Ubuntu linux?

Yeah to be honest torrents suck, but it's an alternative for people scared of going through partitioning etc.

hmm just dont like it.....cant explain it realy.

I mean dont get me wrong its good for free but i think its because ive been with windows for so long and would find it extreamly hard to switch.

That's fair enough, you get so used to something that unless you have to or really want to change then it's not very easy.

Switching to Linux isn't easy as you have to learn everything all over again, it took me a good 6 months to get comfortable with it but I'm glad I put the effort in and stuck with it!

Yeah it was confusing lol....Also i play alot of games and couldnt be bothred trying to make windows games work on Linux (Yeah im extreamly lazy )

My friend uses Suse Linux and loves it and he only goes back into windows to fix problems & change settings to his graphics card or something
