Wtf?

Nope it wasn't the BIOS. I have another idea though, could it be that I need to update the "VGA BIOS" would that matter and if so how?

Hmmm, although you can update it, but I don't think ATi release many VGA BIOS updates... =/ It doesn't usually need to be done. Flashing your VGA BIOS should only be done when necessary (when you have problems or the like) or when you want to flash it to a higher spec card (against the warranty).

P.S. The quote in my sig which you copied: how come you put your name in it, when you didn't even make it up? :P

OMG I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!IN THE LITTLE ICON IN THE TRAY I HAD IT SET ON 4x AA!!! STUPID ME LOL oh, and I thought I might join in on the fun with the sig.

Haha, great! What were you using, ATi Tray Tools? Or the standard ATi Catalyst thingy...?

P.S. F10 BIOS is now available. ;)

Yeah I downloaded it before I made the post. Its the Nvidia one, I have a Geforce 7900GS XFX Extreme. Everything I AMAZING! I have a new Chipset cooler (Thermaltake Extreme Sprint 2, full copper w/ 2 heat-pipes) and I'm overclocking even further than the 2.8GHz I'm at. My computer can keep cooling when I game, but now the question will be, can I?
