Verizon Razr

I don't know a whole lot about those phones(there are more than just one model, anyway...right?) But don't they have USB ports on them? I think just a mini-USB to standard cable would work. They also use SD cards of some sort, correct? You could probably put stuff on the card and access it on the phone or vise versa. I'd assume many more current ones can access standard formats such as MP3s, JPEGs, and such.

keep in mind if you edit your seem (firmware) and the phone dies on you for some reason, and you're unable to get the original seem back on it, you wont be covered by any type of warranty you have on the phone

and if you mess up the seem edit, it can ruin the phone irreversibly, so follow the instructions carefully :)

i had to do the same thing on my e815 that i got from verizon to change it to a full fledged e815m before i could do anything but edit my contacts list through my computer

thats y u do a full mp back up. and back up anything u are gonna hack up. lol..

It is the first one that was available through verizon. It doesn't have a card or anything. I just wanted to see if I could get my pics off useing my desktop or make ringtones on my computer and put them on my phone.

bluetooth or usb cable

u can, but which model are u talkin about? im assuming the v3m. inorder to access ur computer, the only program to use is Motorola phone tools. now if u want that option to be available to use with that phone, then ur gonna have to do a seem edit because verizon did not already enable it.
^i forgot to mention, thats thru the usb cable.

bluetooth, im not sure about with verizon. havent tried to sync it with bluetooth on a comp

Obviously I don't know anything about bluetooth since I have never used it.

well yea if u had actually read my post, i said that in verizon razr's u would have to do a seem edit inorder for u to have access to MPT to import files onto ur phone.

It has bluetooth but I have never used it.

not using it doesnt imply that u dont kno how.
