how to restart my computer??

You talking about a clean install? What OS
uumm i don't know what type of cleaning you refering but yeah i want to clean my computer and start all the way from the beggining.
the cause of my decicion is because i have pop ups on IE and everytime i start or use EI this anoying pop ups apear.
also because i have a problem with my mouse.everytime i want to open a big program(program with a big size) it just freeze but i can still keep clicking with out the arrow moving.
why is that happenning?? and if cleaning my CP from the beggining will solve that problem???
please i need help

Have you got a Anti Virus and Anti Spyware program running

If you want to restore your computer back to the way it was the 1st day you'll need to reinstall your operating system. This means that everything on your computer will be gone, all your files, programs and w/e else you have on it.
You need to download and install a good Anti Virus and spyware program and update them and do a system scan
What OS are you running and do you have the CD
No your just reinstalling the OS

cause i have another problem.
one day i waz trying to put another HD on my new HD and i did install it but i forgot to take the little thing that sets it as mater HD.from now on my computer is been acting like it waz force to work.when am playing a song and i want to open i program it makes like pauses or like it is malfunctining also the mouse arrow freeze but i still can click on thing but with out the arrow moving.
what can i do to solve that other problem??

You need to set the jumper right, if its on the IDE cable as the main drive it needs to be set as slave
So your only running one harddrive, if so it should be set to master
the computers HD i didn't even touch it.i just connected the old HD but with out taking the jumper from master. i forgot to take it from master and put it as slave. now when am playing a song and i want to open a big size program it makes like pauses and tthe mouse also makes pauses and sometimes the mouse freeze but i can still make clicks on thing but with out the arrow moving.
