Is this Ram a bad idea?

SD is old.
I think?
But DDR2 isn't.

So is this good Ram?
is the SD just misleading me?

DDR is basically just short for DDR SDRAM. DDR2 or whatever...

The big catch there is PC4200. If it's something like PC100, that's old!
