my sister keeps installing bearshare and i have no idea how

I have her account set as limited, and yet shes managed to install bearshare twice. I told her it was stupid, and that she should as far as all the viruses/spyware, not to mention it would just bog down our computer and she especially had no idea how to correctly use it anyways, but just thinks its great because she can get free music.

Do you have any idea how she could have got it installed?
And whats a good reason that i can tell her to stop downloading it?
 
A good true reason is, its illegal.
And try blocking that site, download like netnanny, when it goes to sites you dont want it to, it locks the computer.

Illegal as in downloading FREE music, is illegal.
 
Install a good firewall and set the "deny" option if you see it again. In her account you can also raise the security settings to prevent some downloads. Also clear the browsing history and offline content to make it harder for her to relocate the same site. In Outlook you check the don't download anything that could be seen as a virus option.
 
Seeing how you refer to her as a little sister, makes it sound like shes... under 18? and your....guessing under 18 to? tell your guardians about it, since its illegal and all. If it gets out of hand...
