ok so i got a new camera phone and it uses a micro sd card. well i got the micro sd card with the sd card adapter but my home pc doesn't have a slot for an sd card. i tried putting that sd card in my digital camera but it didn't work. said no images. is there some sort of adapter that will allow me to transfer from an sd card through a usb port or something like that?

Have you tried exploring the card's contents via a connection cable from your camera to pc, using Windows? The camera may say there's no images, but often images that are taken with a camera are not put in the root directory, but a seperate folder on the card. If the camera isn't able to see a folder like that, it may create an empty one then say it's empty, if you get me.

I can't see a reason why the data wouldn't be viewable through Explorer or My Computer to be honest. You shouldn't need any extra hardware.
