You didnt link to the psu, you linked back to the mobo again, and thats a fine motherboard, but I like that the ASUS has 2x pci-ex16

Do you plan to go SLI? Otherwise you'll have no purpose for it. And even if you do plan to use SLI, most people would say you're better off going with a single card :rolleyes:

As for your original build, I would look into a better PSU, and maybe consider using DDR667 rather than DDR800 and getting more RAM. 1GB is fine, but I think you'd benefit more from 2GB than the slight increase you get from DDR800...
 
No, I dont plan on going with SLI, but Im sticking with the ddr2800, and even if I did go to ddr2-667 (pc 5300) 2 gig, I couldnt afford the 2 gigs, theres not a huge difference in price. But would you really go with the gigabyte board?
