I have a Dell Latitude CPx J650 and It has the 8MB ATI Rage Mobility graphics card and I was wondering would it be possible to upgrade to a better video card?

it matters dop u have a graphics card slot agp it probably dosnt have a pci-express but if u have an emty pci slot its not the best card impruvmrent but its gonna be alot better then a rage

Dude, no laptops use standard desktop video cards!
As for the question, you'd have to find a better video card made specifically for that machine. My friend has a similar Dell, and the spec sheets show the 8MB card is as good as that machine got. Regardless, if you could upgrade, it wouldn't be anything very current. You're still limited to video cards made specifically for that model.
