It depends what is going to be on the website/blog


A blog is made to update it daily or weekly... A website is more Static even though you could call the news section of a website a "blog".

Blogs are usually free and easy to use. Websites are more professional.

Blogs are made for people who are not into coding. It's not gay! Even webmasters make blogs. It's not that easy to create. It brings people on internet and makes the network bigger...
