my temp of the e6300 overclocked to 3.04 is idling at 45C and at load 63C however the 2 cores on speed fan idle at 35C and at load 55C what should i pay attention to the temp of the 2 cores or the overall cpu temp

Your cooling solution seems adequate, can you post the setting of your vcore, voltage and whatever else you have you bios set to in order to OC?

right now i have put on more thermal paste and changed the setup of the zalman and at idle i get 39C and at load i get 56C with my cpu at 3.04 with 1.4 voltages is this ok? what are the temp i should be getting? and what should i look at the core temp or the overall cpu temp

Well, More thermal paste is never better. You only need enough to make a thin, thin layer over the top of the cpu. Because if you put too much it can leak, which can short circuit other parts, as well as it won't work as effectively. The temps seem fairly good for the OC, as I'm running an E6300 at stock, idles at 28, loads at 35.
