My Mobo has got 2 power supplies to it 1 is your standard power supply and the other i cant work what its for. All i know is that when i unplug it my monitor doesn't work. Could someone please tell me what its for.

Ahhh... that's different!if you mean the power supply plugs in at two diffrent places it maybe to power your video card my sli board has one right near the pci express ports

You were referring to PSU... a different story altogether. Have to state it clearly.
So, you are referring to the power connector... not PSU?
Can you describe the second connector, or perhaps provide a picture? How many pins does it have? Usually, with modern systems, you'll have a 20 or 24 pin ATX main connector for providing power to the motherboard, and either a 4pin ATX12V or 8pin EPS12V connector for providing power to the CPU.
