Mozilla Firefox - All its cracked up to be?

omg my internet has reached its worst peak that its ever had, i think installing mozilla has made it worse!
does anyone know anything i can do to fix my internet so it stops crashing and so it runs faster again?
 
im not sure whether you have tried this but you might wanna do some spyware/adware cleaning cuz those can clog up ur bandwidth as well... especially those that constantly dnloading stuff at the background...

know any good spyware/adware programmes that may help? and that are free
