Ok MY Celeron D 3.33 GHZ O got all the way to 4.5GHZ with the temp at 45C or 108F is that stable and at a good temp.

Is that idle or load? The Celerons are known to be good overclockers, but being based on the Prescott core they will run fairly hot, so just be careful.

thats at idle but just wanted to see how high I could get it. And the program says its code name is Cedar Mill???

I downloaded multiple cpu benchmark and testing programs and they all say CEDAR MILL

Right, it appears you have a 65nm D356 which is termed as the Cedar Mill, Intel had a similar chip that ran off the Prescott design, the Cedar Mill design should be more efficient.

NO the power problem is on my brothers computer not mine i just built its still running fine at 4.5GHZ at 105F
