Looking for a reliable 939 Motherboard

Alright, my motherboard right now is starting to crap out on me... I plan on building a dual core system sometime later to replace it, but right now I just need a good reliable motherboard, for a good price. I'm looking at $50-$100... but I'd prefer to keep it at $80 at the most.

Here is what I'm looking for:
ATX
Socket 939, Athlon 64
1 x PCI-Express x16
1 or 2 x PCI-Express x1 (Not necessary, just would like)
3-5 PCI
4 x DDR
4 or more SATA 3.0
At least 1 IDE
No onboard video
Doesn't have to be for overclocking
A few USB, onboard NIC, onboard Audio

Basically something that most people haven't had any trouble with... if you no a good one that you've used, or have heard of, or want to scour Newegg for me.

Man... I REALLY don't want to pay that much for a motherboard that I'm not going to overclock and not going to need for that long.

Hey! Awesome choice! Too bad that's the same cruddy motherboard that I've been having problems with. Onboard LAN doesn't work, rear audio doesn't work, one of the SATAs doesn't work, IDE goes in and out, PCI-E went out... basically an all around great motherboard.

I think I'll check into ASUS.

What did you expect Foxconn is one of those low end foobar boards. If you want a budget board besides the top brands like Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, DFI then you can also go without a few of the extra features seen on an Abit model.

There's 3 PCI-E 1x slots along with the 3 pci slots seen on the Abit KN8 Ultra seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127222

However boards from Abit and DFI seem to lag behind the others. Going with Asus always seems to work out better here. Other then two bad boards a friend received last spring(A8N-SLI Premium) the boards have always been reliable. And that includes the last board where the cpu cooked! The board was set aside in case someone needs a board for a Socket cpu.
