First overcock with P5B-Deluxe, need help

I have E6600 running at 320x9, voltage set to AUTO Ai-Suite shows 1.4 . Why so hight? Seems like MB slowly incresases voltage itself to support my overclocking. Should I care about it?

Temperature now 40 degrees, speed 2879.79, full load (computing SuperPi in two windows).

Main question is that it seems I can not change 4:5 ratio with ram. I wanted to set it 1:1 and try 400 (RAM Corsair, DDR2x800). I could not find the option to change this ratio in BIOS.

Its my first overclock, how far should I go?
 
You should be able to take it to 3.2. You have 2 raptors in your case, that could be the source of additional heat.

Buy an additional fan to place in front of your HD's, making the total 4 and you should notice drastic temp changes.

My raptors are in the lower part of the case with a high-speed fan streaming right to them. Can it still affect temperature?
