Quick Question about Personal Settings

Theres 4 people who use this computer, and one has very bad eye sight, they want us to adjust our monitor settings and make it larger but we have a flat panel screen and it's optimum at 1280x1024. Is there a way to go into the personal settings and make it so that when they log on under their name that it adjusts it to their settings, and when we log in we can view it the way it should be viewed? We run windows xp. The video card on it is a ATI RADEON X1050.
