old pc problem

im sorting out some old computers for a charity
one is a compaq prolinea 575 but when i boot it its comes up
"time not not"
"DATE NOT SET"
and i cant seem to get into bios to rectify this and boot from cd

but what would be the key to enter bios as i seen websites saying compaq has many ways of entering bios

try ESC, DEL, F9, F8 if u google ull prolly come up with a list

When the computer starts to boot up, there is a point where a small white box blinks in the upper right hand corner. Hit F10 when you see the box.
