Anxious, nervous and excited at the same time about tuesday

I have projected that my delievery will be in on tuesday march 27th...my set up (in my sig) will be here!!! hehe....anyways this is the first time i am building a comp and i just need some i dont no...i guess reminders, some pre-cautions i should take, lots of good lucks hehe and just iunno how i should approach this...i dont need like a step by step unlses u've got the time, ive already read building 101 and lots of othre building comp step by steps but i just want some advice and stuff...thanks so much everyone...i totally appreciate it
 
You ordered too early, should've waited 'til this time next month. you could have saved $90(est.) on the E6600. Looks so much like the one I am build this summer(my sig).

They might call me paranoid but go find an anti-static wrist strap or touch the case often. Watch out when installing the video card and hard drive(in some cases), the hard drive needs to go in before the video card, don't try to squeeze something in.

good luck with it, i was excited like you thursday and no ram showed up after two weeks of waiting. looks like itll be another week at least now :( it was my first build and i got someone with a bit of expeience to help. got evrything in except the ram. if you can, get someone to help. even if they have no experience it will be way easier. and take a lot less time. good luck anyway
 
wht do u mean help...as in like by ur side giving u advice or physically helping u and such? if thats the case ya i will have i think my bro might....my dad for sure lol

hahaha no like for mental support and such lol... your help would be there to calm your nerves, like the guy sitting with the bomb guy in those movies, calming the wire cutting bomb guy down, then the bomb guy cuts the red wire and the clock stops...
