like the person on the other end of the line cannot hear you?

if thats the case go to the settings menu and turn the gain up all the way. If that doesnt work go to your audio settings and turn up the mic volume.
 
sorry i didnt explain to well my pc is a compauq windows xp media center and i have bought a set of logitech headphones with a mic on it is very quiet
i use skype and no one can hear me its very very quiet if i go and turn the mic volume up for sum reason it turns itself back down as soon as i talk into the mic i hope someone can help thanks
