I'm sorry if I'm accusing of something not true, but I question what this verifiable source is seeing that:

1. You didn't link to the actual Error Nuker site: www.errornuker.com
2. Despite your page showing that its a 5 star download from Download.com I can't seem to find it: http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tg=dl-20&qt=errornuker

I noticed the same thing. CNET's main page doesn't even have any hits for error nuker, and they claim to be "top 5" whatever the hell that denotes

I Googled "error nuker" and found a link to Download.com which then showed it as Not Available...
