Question about Bitorrent

its not really a big problem for me but ive noticed some odd things with my bittorrent. For instance, last night i wanted to download the movie "the fountain" which had an extremely good seeder/leacher ratio of 82 to 21. I left it on for hrs but the bittorrent wouldnt download a single kb.

The seeds report displays 0 (82)
the peer report displays 0 (21)

Does anybody have a idea why this is happening with some of my torrent files? most of my torrent downloads work just fine...i just run into these kinds of problems once in a while
 
im no expert when it comes to torrent but if you look carefuly at the section where it says TRACKER (utorrent) sometimes the tracker status reads 'offline' also the DHT status reads 'inactive'. in my case i leave it on but if i see after a day there's no progress then i delete and look for some other torrent file. if for example you downloaded the file off mininova simply try Isohunt or torrentspy.

hm? whats not allowded to be talked about? bittorrent sites?

anyways does anybody know why this is happening? like if it says 0(21) for seeders doesnt that mean theres 21 seeders present but you are current not receiving any download from those 21? why is this happening? my NAT is just fine
