There is a videocard, which has 2 DVI-I outputs and D-Sub adapter.
The question is: What is the difference between connection of monitor through adapter, or if there was D-Sub integrated interface?

You mean if there wasn't two DVI outputs but one DVI and one VGA instead? Well isn't the answer is obvious? With a one VGA one DVI card you can't connect up two DVI LCD screens while the Dual DVI can. Personally I prefer to have a dual dvi one because you can switch from DVI to VGA via an adapter, I don't think you can go the other way around.

Yes, you can use an adapter to go both from DVI monitor to VGA card and from VGA monitor to DVI card. I believe it's even the same adapter, just you flip the thing around... (I'm really tired now, so I can't completely visualize it in my head like I usually can. :))

One end's male the other end's female. That won't quite work :D
