I got a bunch of themes from deviant art and the UX theme patcher, but it doesnt work.. Is there something else that i need to get in order for my themes to work?
Settung up themes..? Having some issues!

Try following the instructions in the Vista Theme Thread... Link in my sig
The themes will need to be .msstyle

Just thought Id mention that if your look for really nice space age/ alien/ transparent themes for Xp then download AlienGUlse. which is a theme manager that has about six different themes. each of them look really nice,. its what I use.
