Need help!

Well uh I wanna download something but when I go to download it that normal download box comes up and it says to download with winrawr and uh when It downloaded, I opened it up like usual but it opens up microsoft word with a box with a bunch of jibberish written inside.

It does that with like everything that I download that isn't .exe.

How can I fix this?

Right click the file, go to 'Open With...' and select WinRAR.

It doesn't work!!!! If its rawr it does not work. That's why im asking.

Try Winzip 11, it opens rar files as well.
