windows XP CD BOOt Problem

When I am trying to boot Sata HDD160 gb with windows xp CD

"HARD Error" Coming.

I can not able to get xp install screen.

You might need to load your Sata drivers by press F6 at the prompt when you first boot to the cd using a floppy with your sata drivers on it
