-Gigabyte RMA-

Status: OPEN

It stayed like this for 2 weeks
Give them another week to determine what is wrong and either replace or repair.

It can take sometimes longer than 2 weeks to hear something back.

Sorry, you are having such a hard problem with all of this?

.

Well, 25th is the date that giga promised to resolve by.
I'll wait till 25th and if it doesn't get resolved, I'll do something.

You may be surprised... sometimes they will ship a product back fixed or replaced... mostly replaced before the date they gave you. So, a week from today is good enough time to see or hear back from them.

But they said it will take about 12-15 days upon receivement of mobo. And 25th is the 15th day that they confirmed they received my mobo. Anyway, I'll just wait... and wait... till 25th.

Yeah, and if you don't get it then... you will soon afterwards.

Just be patient.

... I've been stuck with this old computer for a long time....
Maybe I should get a very cheap mobo from bestbuy and return it when my rma mobo comes back.

Gigabyte RMA

I sent out my mobo on 3/26/07, and USPS says it was delivered on the 3/29/07, but Gigabyte says they recieved it on 3/30/07. Anyway, Today is 4/22/07, and after several emails back and forth, they will not tell me the status of my mobo. These guys are jerks, worst RMA process I have seen, compared to DFI, ASUS, and MSI. I still have no idea when I will receive my mobo.

After using this mobo, when the time for an upgrade comes, I will never use Gigabyte again unless they have 0% negative feedback.

My Gigabyte tech support was good, the day that everyone opened after the Christmas holiday I got a reply and after some exchanging of e-mails we decided to get the board RMA'd through Novatech, the supplier, PSU went too.
