Best Motherboard under $130

I'm putting together my first build and my budget allows about $130 for the motherboard. I've found two motherboards: One is a GIgabyte Ga-965P-DS3(Rev 1.3). It's $110 has 3 pci slots, 1 pci-e slot, and supports upto 1333 FSB. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128042
Another board I found in my price range is an Asus P5N-e. It also supports upto 1333 FSB, only has 2 pci slots, but it supports 2 graphic cards for SLI. I'm not a gamer, and my PSU most likely wouldn't support SLI, but the board would make room for upgrading if I ever did decide to get into gaming. Here's a link to the board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131142
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a mobo under $130 thats maybe better than the two I picked out. It needs to support 1333 FSB because I plan on getting a processor down the road with 1333 FSB. I think my picks are pretty good, and from my understanding ASUS and GIGABYTE are pretty much the two top manufacturers of mobo's other than Intel. So I'm open to suggestions.

I would take the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 any day. If you can find the ASUS P5B for in your price range, it is a great board as well.

I would really like to do all my business through new egg. How much better is the rev 3.3 than the rev 1.3 of the Gigabyte DS3 I put the link to?

Edit: Just checked out Newegg for the regular DS3 on their website and read a review of someone who ordered the board and said they recieved a rev. 3.3. So maybe newegg just ships out the newest DS3 out at the time? And the regular DS3 on newegg is $122 so it seems like it would be in line with the price. Has anyone just ordered a DS3 from newegg and can tell me which version I got. THanks for all the input.

The earlier revisions of the DS3 had less overclocking potential? I would suggest getting the latest one you can, so that you are sure that there isn't any issues that were worked out in later revisions.

I would like to get a mobo that would have the ability to accept the up and coming 1333 FSB processors, and I looked up the DS3 and it can't(upto rev 2.0). REv. 3.3 of the DS3 can, and that's the mobo I want, but who knows what rev. newegg would sell me if I bought it using the link you gave me. I'll probably have to give Newegg a call before I order to make sure I get the mobo I want.

Its not rev. 3.3 I can tell in under the specs. is doesn't support 1333MHz FSB. Only the 3.3 does.

I know, and if it isn't rev 3.3 I wouldn't want it. But maybe newegg just ships out the newest version of the DS3, because rev 3.3 isn't on their website. BTW, still waiting for a person from newegg, there must only be one person there or something.

Well I'm still in the middle of the chat, but they said they can't gurantee any revision. So I still don't know what they ship out.
